Agencies are more cost effective with our solutions packaging, deliver value faster, and offer greater consistency and assurance in service standards, as they have established workflows and systems. That said, stay tuned for Recruitment Outsourcing services as we do have a pool of EA and EOR partners.

No, we let the professionals do what they do best. We match you to professional agencies, who provide services stated in our plans. We manage your account(s) and ensure high service standards are kept to, while allowing you to enjoy high value for low fees based on our solutions packaging.

Strategies developed and implemented take time for results to really show. You would typically see enough results within 3 months to decide if you wish to continue working with us.

We receive specialised quotes from our partnered service providers by having lots of referrals, and we're fundamentally a tech firm with lower operating costs too. We pass on these margins so you can enjoy low rates.

For future offerings, we're looking into functions within HR and in Legal advisory. Whether we implement these will be dependent on demand though *wink wink*.

We have a vetting process that entails checking credentials, past performances, and client reviews. Rest assured, we have carefully selected them as your experience with them affects your experience with us (and rating of us) too.

We structure our solutions to be on a retainer fee basis to keep the terms of service simple for all parties. However, you may separately engage the vendor we provide for short-term or project-based work after engaging them on a retainer basis, but such arrangements off the platform will not be subjected to our Terms of Service protecting your interests and would constitute your own contract with the vendor (we'll try to help but no promises when it's off the platform).
